Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $1000 before tax and after any discounts have been applied. Estimated delivery is within 5 to 8 business days. Offer is valid for shipments within the United States mainland only. *Selected Items: Occasionally, we may offer free shipping on specific items or categories as part of special promotions. These offers will be marked on our website.
  • Shipping: At the moment, we provide shipping services exclusively via UPS, for all orders. Our UPS shipping options include UPS 2nd-day air and UPS 3-day select, which are available for you to choose from according to your shipping needs. The rates and delivery time frames for these services are calculated and determined based on your specific shipping address. We take care to ensure that you receive your package within the estimated delivery time frame and at the most reasonable price possible.
  • International Shipping: We do not ship internationally at the moment. We only ship within the USA mainland.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within seven (7) business days. Custom or personalized orders may take longer to process, and we will promptly communicate any delays.

Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders: Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 8 business days. Express shipping options are available for faster delivery.
  • International Orders:  We currently do not offer international shipping. Our shipping is limited to the mainland USA only.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor the status of your package.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled at no charge before they have been shipped. If your order has not yet been dispatched and you wish to cancel, be sure to get in touch with us as soon as possible (within 24 hours) to process the cancellation.

  • After Shipment: An order cannot be canceled once shipped. In this case, please refer to our Return Policy.

Damaged Items and Loss Prevention

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@delmagoldjewelry.com. We will work with you to ensure your satisfaction. For loss prevention, items over $500 require a signature upon delivery.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information on returning an item. Generally, we accept returns within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
